I am a Bay Area-based researcher passionate about impactful research, inclusive design, and conscious collaboration.

Over the past decade I have conducted thousands of interviews, moderated hundreds of tests, and fielded dozens of surveys. I have co-designed with community health workers in Nairobi, shadowed street vendors in Istanbul, and interviewed investment bankers in Johannesburg.

Right now I work at Rippling, a Series F start-up focused on building end-to-end work management solutions.

Outside work, I enjoy surfing small waves, cooking with a bottle of wine, and gardening with my wife. I also teach in the graduate program at the California College of the Arts.
